You can manage your subscription from our My Subscriptions/Billings page located under the account menu.
On this page you can find a list of your current and past subscriptions. Recurring billings will show you a subscription id number as well as options to update or cancel.
Use the "Update" link to update your credit card information - this is useful if you have been issued a new credit card or your previously used card has expired. You can use the "Cancel" option to cancel the recurring subscription. Note that this will not affect your current account status. This will simply stop any recurring charges from being made in the future.
If you would like to upgrade your account to Premium, you can click on the New Avanced Coaching Platform Subscription option. Please be sure to cancel any active subscriptions by using the Cancel link prior to creating any new subscriptions. Also note you can opt to do a one-time transaction instead of a recurring subscription.
